I grew up in a very health-conscious home, so conversations around nutrition and wellness were a normal part of life from a young age. I was exposed early to the idea that what we eat, how we live, and how we care for ourselves truly matter. I loved that world, and over time it became something I was deeply interested in.
As I got older, I began experiencing strange symptoms and knew something was off. Things escalated quickly, and I was eventually diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. That season of life changed everything for me.
Because I was raised with a more natural, holistic mindset, I explored every natural approach I could find. I worked with many different doctors, tried strict eating plans, experimented with countless supplements, and did everything I could to figure out what would actually help. Some things were helpful. Some were not. And a lot of it was hard.
What I learned through that experience is something I now carry into the way I coach others: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. The plan that works beautifully for one person may not work the same way for someone else. Real wellness comes from finding what works for you — your body, your lifestyle, your needs, and your season of life.
I also learned that one of the most important parts of creating lasting change is not just information — it is guidance and support. Trying to do hard things alone is incredibly difficult. Having someone to walk with you, encourage you, help you make sense of what you're feeling, and cheer you on through the ups and downs can make all the difference.
That is exactly the kind of coach I strive to be for my clients. My goal is to provide thoughtful guidance, genuine support, and a personalized approach that helps you feel understood, empowered, and capable of making real, lasting change.
